Words cannot adequately express my gratitude for your support for our campaign.  As we watched the returns on Election Night, my mind wandered to all of the places I traveled, all of the speeches I gave, and especially to all of the people who helped so generously with time and contributions along the way.  Our large election victory was indeed gratifying, and it left Elizabeth and I humbled knowing that so many placed faith in our candidacy.

 With the election behind us, I will focus on recruiting the best staff possible and preparing the state’s prosecutorial budget for the next two fiscal years.  After our inauguration, I will begin implementing our plans to protect consumers, create an Internet Crimes Unit and to develop new strategies to combat the scourge of drugs.  All of our efforts will be geared toward building safer communities in which to work, live and raise a family.
